Our coaches all share the same goals:
Every person in class understands the workout, what equipment is needed, where that equipment is located, and how to do all the movements in the workout. Every person in the class is using the correct weight, and proper technique, and is doing the best variation of the workout to get everyone closer to their individual goals. Every person is having fun: Great people, good music, and mediocre jokes!
What to expect? Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or an elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning every day is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instructions and a demonstration of the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
