Your privacy matters to us. CrossFit FirePit is operated by Bullard Holdings LLC ("CrossFit FirePit", "we" or "us"). This page explains what we collect through crossfitfirepit.com, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We collect the information you give us when you fill out a form on this site or book a free intro:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Anything you choose to share about your goals.
- The date and time you pick for an appointment.
- Which form or page you came from, including the ad or link that sent you, when that is available.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit, such as the pages you view, your browser and device type, your IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers. You can find more on this under Advertising and analytics.
How we use it
- To answer your questions, set up your free intro, and talk with you about rates and memberships.
- To send you what you asked for, such as the 45-Day Fit Plan.
- To follow up by phone, email or text message, including reminders and information about the gym.
- To run the gym, keep our records, and keep this site working and secure.
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising.
Advertising and analytics
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from the company that runs Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies and similar technology to record activity such as the pages you visit and when you submit a form. We use it to see how our ads perform and to show ads to people who may be interested in the gym, on Facebook, Instagram and elsewhere. Meta may use this information as described in its own privacy policy.
You can change how ads are shown to you in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your name, email address or phone number. We share information only as needed with:
- Companies that help us run the business, such as our customer management and messaging software, website hosting, scheduling and payment services. They handle information on our behalf.
- Meta, through the Meta Pixel described above.
- Government agencies, courts or others when the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights or someone's safety.
- A new owner, if the business is ever sold or transferred.
Text messaging: we do not share your mobile phone number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. This does not apply to the service providers that help us deliver messages.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number on one of our forms, we may contact you by call or text about your request, your appointment and the gym. How often we text varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our Terms and Conditions for more.
Services built into this site
Some parts of this site are provided by other companies, and they may collect information when you use them. These include our class schedule, workout feed and sign-up pages from PushPress, our booking calendar, maps from Google, videos from YouTube, and fonts and icons loaded from outside providers. Payments are completed through our booking provider's checkout and do not go through this site's forms. Links to other websites are covered by those sites' own policies.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in any email.
- Reply STOP to any text message.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by using the contact details below. We may need to keep some records where the law or a legitimate business need requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or online service can be completely secure.
Children
This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you are a parent signing your child up for Kids CrossFit, you provide that information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
