Sweat More, Stress Less…Jody is your guy! We do a lot of cross-fit type workouts and muscle fusion, where the body never gets used to what’s coming next. Also, the mixed up workouts are perfect if you get bored easily and hate routines. I wanted to build more muscle strength and tone. I was not a serious athlete prior to beginning, only doing yoga more or less. It took serious commitment and dedication on my part to achieve results, and Jody is the perfect combination of guidance/skill and inspiration someone needs who has a fitness goal they want to meet. He’s also punctual, communicative, motivating and has a smile on his face always.”
