Name: Steve Griffin Raised: Wisconsin College/University: Mount Senario College (Ladysmith WI): While attending MSC I studied Health Promotions and played football (Starting WR and Punter). University of Wisconsin-Steven Point: Also studied Health Promotions and played Volleyball. While playing at UWSP, I was starting setter and was part of the team that made the Final 4, with a national ranking of 4th.
I started Crossfit spring of 2013 and have not looked back. What I really appreciate about Crossfit is the COMMUNITY. Over the years I have met so many people and over the course of time, they have become friends and CF Family. The community is your support team, someone who holds you accountable and they push you to be a better person. My first wod: Running Karen! UGH… 150 wall balls for time, but every time you broke you had to do a 200-meter run. I have been competing in the Crossfit Masters Division since 2015 (yes that makes me old).
